Return Process

  Ensure the apparel is packed in its original packaging; our team will verify the request and schedule a doorstep pickup within 24-48 hours.

  Handover Item

  Hand over the securely packed parcel to our logistics partner and ensure you receive a pickup confirmation receipt for your records.

  Receive Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
